The team behind Shiloh’s Steak and Seafood has been in the restaurant and catering industries for over three decades. Louis and Teresa Sanders started a little BBQ restaurant with the desire to serve the community great food at a great price. As the restaurant grew, requests for catered events began to come in. The Sanders approached catering with the same fervor to serve the community that they did in the restaurant. Over the next 20+ years they continued to hone their craft, teaching their children the ins and outs of the industry along the way. Fast forward to today, The Sanders now own and operated the largest steak and seafood restaurant in Brevard County. Pairing expertise in both styles of cooking with a large kitchen and commissary means Shiloh’s can offer a catering experience like no other. Over this period they have been involved in events of every size, shape and, style. With this experience comes the ability to offer food and service that goes above and beyond the expected event experience. We have a full team ready to meet your needs and answer any questions that you may have in regards to your upcoming event.
